  Wonderful staff until a problem arrive. I'm guessing Brent is the owner or manger. I've never missed a payment a matter fact I always pay a month early. Due to someone trying to fraud on my bank card my bank cancel my card which I was told it will take 7-10 business days. I received a phone call from badcocks and was told my payment has not been paid. I inform them of the issues and let him know I would be in when my card arrive which would make the 7th day the following day. He spoke rudely and kept asking what day will I be there. After going back and forward he had the nerves to tell me "I need to learn how to pay my bills"(remind you I've never been late) and threatened to come pick my furniture up on 6/11 if the payment wasn't paid.I would never spend another dime here once I'm done paying my furniture off. I have a $4,000.00 credit limit at badcocks and as of now I no longer need it. I'm proud to say furniture kingdom has the best customer service ever and that's where I would be purchasing my furniture from now on.

  We have purchased a refrigerator, stove,entertainment center, matching end tables, tv, surround sound , couch , bed room set and more, the owners are the Best , Honest, Helpful, sincere people. They go out of their way to help and make sure you are treated with respect. Barry and Robin You guys Do it Right !
